Set the org Slack App Configuration token (enable named bots)
PUT/v1/orgs/:org_id/slack-approvals/manifest-token
Store the Slack App Configuration refresh token once so org agents and member co-workers can be added to Slack as named bots without pasting a token per bot; CortexHub rotates it automatically thereafter. The token is validated by rotating it immediately - an invalid token is rejected. Gated on org.admin.
