Update one tool's entitlement in a group
PATCH/v1/orgs/:org_id/governance-groups/:group_id/toolkits/:toolkit_slug/tools/:tool_id
Patches enabled, safety_profile_override, and / or the per-group classification_override map (side_effect / data_sensitivity / reversibility) for one tool. Pass clear_safety_profile_override=true to remove the action override or clear_classification_override=true to remove the fingerprint override.
