Suspend an agent

/v1/orgs/:org_id/agents/:agent_id/block

Suspends one agent from the org Agents list so that member can no longer use it to access governed tools in this org. Typical uses: offboarding, policy violation, or incident response. Provide a reason for your records. Reversible with unblock. Suspended agents stay in the list so admins can review them and restore access when appropriate.
