Rollout checklist
- Invite members to the organization and assign roles (owner, admin, member).
- Enable toolkits your teams need (Slack, Jira, CRM, observability, and others).
- Create governance groups that mirror teams or functions.
- Publish toolkit access to each group. The default group does not auto-grant toolkits; you grant them deliberately.
- Set an organization floor and policies for approvals or re-authentication on sensitive actions.
- Communicate the connect flow so members connect vendors once under My space -> Toolkits.
