Meetings

Your co-worker can join your meetings as an active participant. It is not just a notetaker in the corner: it comes prepared, speaks in a voice you choose when it can help, shows things on screen, and brings what happened back into your work afterwards.

Before the meeting

Your co-worker prepares from its Brain. It knows the people on the invite, the projects the meeting touches, the recent conversations, and the documents that matter, so it walks in with context instead of a blank page.

During the meeting

Your co-worker takes part. It can answer questions, surface a relevant fact, or contribute when it has something useful to add, speaking out loud rather than only transcribing. It uses the same connected tools, memory, and governance rules it uses in chat, so it takes part with the same context and stays within the same limits as everything else it does.

You choose how it sounds. In the co-worker's meeting settings you pick the voice it speaks in, set its tone, for example warm and professional or brief and to the point, and set how fast it speaks.

It can also show things on screen. Ask it to put a file on the shared screen and walk through it, a slide deck, a document, a PDF, or a chart or image, including something it just made for you. Describe what you want to show and it finds it, so you do not need the exact filename. The same works in chat, where what you ask for opens in a side panel.

After the meeting

When the meeting ends, your co-worker writes up notes and follow-ups and folds them back into its Brain. The people, decisions, and next steps become part of the living map of your work, so the context carries forward to what you do next.
