The Brain

Your co-worker keeps a Brain: one living map of your work. As you chat, run tasks, and connect tools, it learns the people you work with, the projects you are driving, the conversations you have had, the documents that matter, your preferences, and the lessons it picks up along the way. Everything it learns is kept as one canonical record, so the same person or project is remembered once rather than as scattered duplicates.

The Brain is what lets your co-worker pick up where you left off, prepare for what is next, and act with context instead of starting cold every time.

The Brain was previously called Memory. It is the same idea, now something you can see, explore, and correct.

What the Brain holds

  • People you work with, and how they relate to your projects and conversations.
  • Projects you are driving, with the work and context attached to them.
  • Conversations your co-worker has taken part in, kept as durable history.
  • Documents that matter to your work, connected to the people and projects they relate to.
  • Preferences for how you like your co-worker to work.
  • Lessons it has learned from working with you, so it does not repeat mistakes.

Explore your Brain

Open the Brain area in CortexHub Cloud, alongside your files, to browse what your co-worker knows. It opens in three views:

  • Overview for a quick read of how much your co-worker has learned: its memories, the people and projects it tracks, the documents it can draw on, and the recent things it picked up.
  • Memories to search and page through the individual things it has learned, each connected to the people, projects, and documents they relate to.
  • Graph to see the whole map at once and follow the links between memories and the people, projects, and topics they are about.

Correct what it knows

You are in control of your Brain. When something is wrong, out of date, or should be remembered differently, you can:

  • Edit a memory to fix or reword it. Your edit is saved as a new version, and the previous one is kept in the history.
  • Forget a memory that is wrong or no longer useful, so your co-worker stops recalling it. Its version history is preserved, but it leaves every Brain view.

Memories your organisation manages for you show as read-only. Corrections take effect for future work right away.

Privacy

Your Brain is your co-worker's own private working knowledge. It is not shared with other members, and it is not exposed as a connectable toolkit. Admin oversight can see that your co-worker is active and how it is governed, but the contents of your Brain, your chat transcripts, and your personal files stay private to you.
