Change or disconnect
Disconnect from your AI app
Use your app's MCP or integration settings to remove the CortexHub server. This stops new requests from that app.
To fully revoke the OAuth grant:
- Open CortexHub Cloud, then My space -> External agents -> Sessions.
- Find the session for that app and select Disconnect.
Disconnecting revokes the live session: that connection loses access to the gateway and any in-flight tool calls fail. The gateway identity row remains for audit and reconnect, and your toolkit configuration is preserved, so you can reconnect later from your MCP client without admin involvement.
Org admins can review and force-disconnect any member's sessions from Org space. Each disconnect (or a reconnect that supersedes a prior grant) keeps its own row with status Disconnected and the full tool-invocation trace for that period.
Connect a different app
Add https://mcp.cortexhub.ai/v1/mcp in the new app and complete OAuth again. Each app gets its own gateway identity.
Switch organization context
If you belong to multiple organisations, switch between them with the org switcher in the sidebar. Your AI app does not choose the organisation at OAuth time: each organisation you are a member of has its own gateway identity for that app, created in whichever organisation was active when you approved access.
