Admin guide
These pages are for org owners and org admins configuring CortexHub Cloud. Members who only connect AI apps should start with Get started.
The three organisation roles are owner, admin, and member. Owners and admins configure the organisation; members manage their own connections, files, and the policies on their own toolkits.

Organization navigation
CortexHub Cloud has two spaces you switch between with the space switcher: Org space (org configuration) and My space (your personal surface). Org owners and admins see both; members see My space only.
Org space is grouped into sections:
- Overview: Dashboard, Usage
- Agents: the Agents directory (co-workers and external agent identities)
- Capabilities: Toolkits, Files
- Governance: Groups, Policies, Security, Approvals, Risks, Compliance
- Organisation: Users, Audit logs, Design, Billing, Settings
Approval channels and observability export live under Settings -> Integrations.
My space is each member's personal surface:
- My activity: Dashboard, Usage, Approvals, Approval channels, Toolkits
- Your co-worker (if enabled) and each connected external agent appear as a live roster; open one to reach its Chat, Sessions, Brain, Skills, Files, Routines, Usage, and Settings.
- Developer: your own programmatic Member Credentials for scripts and automations.
